• Local farm

  • We use local SA farmed grain, not commercially produced Ethanol

• We personally built all of our equipment from scratch

  • We couldn’t afford to buy a distillery so we built one!

• We use traditional techniques with our modern twist

  • From Pot still Whisky and Double Retort Rum to vapour infused Gin that will leave you questioning every other Gin you’ve ever tasted.

• We are a pair of Defence veterans with blue collar values, who have a passion for producing world class artisan spirits.
